园内两处茶坊都是违建
“园内的这两处茶坊，都是未经规划许可的违法建筑。”成都市规划局执法人员介绍说，香木园占地面积15.3亩，位于成华区八里小区香木林路98号，是一个承包给私人的开放式市政公园。9月17日，成都市规划局向违建业主发出了《建设项目执法调查通知书》，要求其配合接受调查，但刚开始业主不是很配合。9月底，成都市规划局再次通过现场实测、对照原规划的方式，对该处违法建设的事实进行了确认。
华西都市报记者在现场看到，香木园内两间封闭式的玻璃茶坊，摆放有30多张桌子，还有小卖部、餐饮店等，融合了休闲、餐饮、娱乐、健身等诸多功能，有不少市民在这里散步、游玩。“先期自拆的这间茶坊约300平方米，由于是砖混结构，需要清理完建渣后，才能继续自拆第二间茶坊。”成都市规划局相关负责人表示，考虑到市政公园的特殊性与违建的历史背景，他们在10月30日下达《责令限期拆除违法建设决定书》后，又反复耐心地向违建方做了多次沟通工作。

在受害人焦急地想将墓地转手的时候，甘泉公司以中介身份出现。
检方指控，2008年1月至12月间，刁明多等人虚构能为被害人代售墓地并办理过户手续，以北京市甘泉礼仪服务有限公司及其分公司的名义与被害人签订销售协议，并以收取委托服务费、保证金等为名，先后骗取430余人共计700万余元。
